I tried a LOT of new things with this pic... the perspective and lighting, just to name a few. The painting in the background is of the previous Birdwoman picture.
There's a bit of unintended symbolism here (left eye missing and sword = phallic?), but I really just wanted to draw a really cool old-style military woman. And not one of those young sexy ones either. This one had to be older. And with ugly scars. Red capes are also pretty cool. BTW, the uniform is not based off of any specific rank or militia. I don't even know what era this is supposed to be either. Edit 8/23: Most people here and on SA said she looked like a general, so that's what I'm making the title. |
