I hope this wasn't too anti-climactic since there isn't really anything special about this pic. I'm sure you've all picked out your favorites by now.
For the life of me, I can't remember all the instances when Luffy's hat was damaged and had to be sewn up again. I could only recall the time when Buggy shot it with his three knives.

And heh, Luffy's hat HAS been torn a couple times, though mostly it happens in the anime fillers like during the fourth movie, where the main villain completely shreds the hat apart. I can't really remember when it got shredded in the manga except for when you mentioned it, so yeah. Awesome work either way.
